Here is a confession...
In the last nineteen years we HAVE broken things in people's houses. We HAVE accidently sprayed onto surfaces. We HAVE walked dirt into houses and we have (only once, mind) knocked a bucket of water over.
We DID (once, when we first started) shrink a carpet. I never, ever want to see it happen again. They don't shrink over a few hours you know. They go in minutes — right in front of your eyes!
